Customisation

Your Design. Your Brand. Your Labels. Your Packaging.

Product development is not limited to adding a logo. Garment construction, branding technique and retail presentation are all specification decisions you control, and all three are set before sampling begins.

Options available subject to product, fabric, artwork and order requirements.

Garment customisation

The construction decisions that determine how the garment fits, feels and holds up. These are set in your tech pack and confirmed at sample approval.
  • Fabric

Cotton, CVC, cotton-polyester blends, single jersey, piqué, French terry and fleece, selected against your product and target price.

  • GSM / weight

Multiple GSM options across constructions. Weight changes hand feel, drape, warmth and cost, so it is confirmed at sampling.

  • Colour

Custom colours and approved shade matching against your reference, subject to fabric and dyeing method.

  • Measurements

Full measurement chart to your specification, with agreed tolerances applied across the size set.

  • Fit / silhouette

Regular, slim, relaxed, oversized or buyer-defined blocks, developed against your chart rather than a fixed house fit.

  • Rib specifications

Rib composition, width and recovery for necks, cuffs and waistbands - a detail that decides how a garment ages.

  • Drawcords

Flat or round cords, colour, width, tipping and eyelet or stitched finish.

  • Zips and trims

Zip type, length, colour and puller, plus buttons and product-specific components.

B

Branding techniques

How your brand is applied to the garment. Method suitability depends on the fabric, the artwork and the placement, and we will recommend the right route once we have seen your files.
  • Screen printing

The most broadly applicable method across the range. Strong for solid colour, bold artwork and volume production.

  • DTG printing

Direct-to-garment printing, suited to detailed and multi-colour artwork. Performs best on cotton-rich fabrics.

  • Embroidery

Durable, premium finish for logos and lettering. Particularly strong on piqué, terry and fleece.

  • Puff embroidery

Raised, dimensional embroidery that reads well on heavyweight hoodies and sweatshirts.

  • Woven labels

Woven brand labels for neck, side seam or internal placement.

  • Printed labels

Printed labels and heat-applied options where a soft, tagless finish is required.

  • Neck labels

Custom neck branding, including main label, size and care information.

  • Hang tags

Branded hang tags, attachment method, strings and seals to your artwork.

C

Packaging & retail presentation

How the garment arrives. For retail and wholesale programmes this is part of the product, and it is checked as part of the pre-shipment review.
  • Polybags

Individual polybagging to specification, including size, seal and any required markings.

  • Custom bags

Branded or alternative bag formats where supported by your order requirements.

  • Stickers

Size, colour and brand stickers applied to your placement specification.

  • Barcodes

Retail barcodes and product identification applied to your supplied data.

  • Carton markings

Shipping marks, assortment details and carton labelling to your instructions.

  • Branded packaging

Custom presentation and packaging formats where supported by the order.

Before you specify

What we will confirm with you

  • Whether your chosen branding technique suits the fabric and placement you have specified.
  • Whether your artwork files are production-ready, and what we need if they are not.
  • How your colour reference will be matched and approved before bulk production.
  • Which packaging and labelling requirements apply in your destination market.

Options available subject to product, fabric, artwork and order requirements.
