Send Design / Tech Pack
Everything starts with your specification. Send us your product concept, measurements, artwork, target fabric and GSM, colour requirements, quantities and packaging instructions. A complete tech pack shortens every stage that follows; if you do not have one yet, a reference product and a clear description of what you want changed is enough to begin the conversation.

- Review what you have sent and come back with any questions needed to quote and sample accurately.

Fabric & Costing
We review the construction against your specification, source or develop suitable fabric, and prepare an indicative costing. Costing at this stage reflects the specification as supplied - fabric, weight, construction, branding, trims, packaging and quantity. Where a change would materially affect price, we will say so rather than absorb it silently into the quote.

- Confirm your target price, quantity and any specification changes that come out of the review.

- Source or develop fabric options and issue indicative costing against the agreed specification.

Sample Development
We create the development sample according to the agreed requirements. This is the stage where the specification stops being a document and becomes a physical garment - fabric, measurements, construction, colour, branding and trims all resolved into one piece you can handle and assess.

- Confirm the specification to be sampled and the delivery address for the sample.

- Develop and dispatch the sample, with sampling typically taking 7-10 working days depending on fabric availability and product complexity.
- 04
Sample Approval
You review the sample against your expectations: fit, construction, fabric, colour, branding and details. Comments come back to us and revisions are handled where required. It is normal and expected for a first sample to generate changes - resolving them here is far less costly than discovering them in bulk.

- Assess the sample and send consolidated comments, or confirm approval to proceed.

- Action revisions and re-sample where required, until the specification is approved.
- 05
Bulk Production
Production starts after sample approval and the required confirmations are in place. The approved sample becomes the production reference, and bulk lead time typically runs 30-45 days from that point, depending on quantity, fabric confirmation and product complexity.

- Confirm approval, final quantities, size breakdown and any commercial requirements.

- Plan and run bulk production against the approved sample and confirmed order.

Quality Inspection
Quality is checked across production rather than only at the end of the line. We inspect stitching, measurements, fabric, colour, branding, labels, finishing and consistency, so that issues are caught while they can still be corrected rather than after the order is complete.

- Confirm any inspection requirements specific to your programme.

- Run the quality checkpoints across production and address findings before packing.

Packing & Shipping
We verify assortment and quantity, pack to your agreed instructions - polybags, stickers, barcodes and carton markings - and prepare the order for worldwide shipment. Packing is treated as part of the product, because it is the first thing your customer sees.

- Confirm packing instructions, carton markings, documentation and shipping arrangements.

- Pack to specification, complete the final pre-shipment review and prepare the shipment.

Buying house journey

Send Sourcing Brief
Send product references or tech packs with your target quality level, quantities, target price, destination and timeline. The more precise the brief, the more comparable the offers that come back.
- 02
Source & Shortlist
We identify manufacturing routes suited to the product category and order profile, and shortlist them. You are told which route a product would run through before anything is committed.
- 03
Costing & Sample Coordination
Commercial offers are collected and compared against the approved brief, and sample requests are managed through to delivery - including revisions and your comments.
- 04
Buyer Approval
Nothing proceeds to production until you have approved the sample, the commercial terms and the route the order will run through.
- 05
Production Follow-Up
Key production milestones are tracked and any delay or specification issue is raised with you while there is still time to act on it.
- 06
Inspection & Packing Verification
In-line, final or pre-shipment checks are arranged as agreed. Labels, barcodes, colour and size ratios, folding, polybags and carton markings are verified against your instructions.

Consolidation & Shipment
Where practical, multiple categories or suppliers are consolidated into one shipment. We support packing lists, buyer instructions and handover to your freight forwarder.
Items managed through the buying-house route are sourced and managed through partner factories. They are not manufactured in-house, and we will not present them as if they were.
Timing
What to expect on lead times
- Sample lead time
7-10 working days
Typical for selected styles, once specifications and material direction are clear. Varies with fabric availability and product complexity.
- Bulk production lead time
30-45 days
Typically from sample approval and fabric confirmation, depending on product and order complexity.
- Production capacity
Up to 1,000 pcs per day
On selected knitwear programmes. Other categories depend on the article, the production route and the specification.
Getting started
What to send with your first enquiry
Tech pack or reference
A tech pack, technical drawing or a physical reference product.
Measurements
Your measurement chart and size breakdown, with tolerances if you have them.
Fabric and GSM
Target construction and weight, or simply the hand feel you are after.
Colour references
Pantone references or an approved physical shade to match against.
Artwork
Print-ready branding files, in vector format where possible.
Quantities
Estimated quantity per colour and size, plus your target delivery window.
Sampling and production timing is indicative and confirmed against your specific product, fabric, quantity and customisation requirements at quotation.
